TOVSHIIR PROJECT

• The project property is covered by six exploration or mining licenses.
• Garrison recently expanded its property holdings through the acquisition of one additional exploration license (covering property adjacent to the area covered by the first six licenses).
• Garrison received approval from the Mongolian government for construction of ore processing facilities at the property.
• A production rate study was submitted to the Mongolian government.
• An updated environmental impact report has been completed.
• A social impact study has been completed.
• Garrison plans to construct a CIP plant that will allow 500 tpd of production, and this plant would be operated pursuant to environmental and rehabilitation permits from the Mongolian government.
• A Landowners Association has been formed to coordinate mine contracts.
• Management plans to train approximately 110 employees to work at its Tovhsiir project, as well as develop the necessary infrastructure to support the work of those employees at this remote site.
• Tailings dam design is complete.
• Mine and tailings dam was designed by Erchim Engineering Group (who also consulted on the Boroo project).
• Plant design is by the Jau Engineering Group, and conforms to Western design standards.
• Jau has constructed >30 gold plants.
• The company's new plant design is expected to incorporate a detox plant.
• The project plan involves three small pits.
• The mine and tailings dam for this project were designed by Erchim Engineering Group (who were also involved as consultants to the Boroo (Mongolia) project).
• Construction will continue through the Fall/Winter of 2008-09.
• Earthworks have been completed at the site.
• The concrete foundation and other structures are under construction (as of the Fall of 2008).
• A heated building is under construction at the site and is expected to be completed in the 4th quarter of 2008.
• Chinese equipment is being purchased at low cost to be operated at this project.
• Ball mill is scheduled for delivery in the 4th quarter of 2008.

Project Support
Major shareholders in control positions have invested their own money in this venture. The company will continue to pursue opportunities in Mongolia as revenues from operations at Tovshiir and other sources permit, and as other sources of financing prove to be available. The company does not anticipate raising any funds through the issuance of new equity.
