Blair Krueger - President
Mr. Krueger provides financial advisory services to clients in Canada with a specialty focus on the mining industry in China. His experience as a financial advisor provides critical skills he has used to aggressively lead Garrison forward in the acquisition of high-quality mining properties worldwide. He holds an MBA and a BSc degree in Physics.
Ms. Lee Yang -Director/ General Manager
Ms. Yang has been Sr. Vice President at Hermes Bancorp Investment since December 2004. She holds a BA from Shanxi University. Her experience in the investment field provides her with expertise in the preparation of audit and analysis of Garrison's financial statements, as well as knowledge of internal controls and procedures for financial reporting. Ms. Yang US Citizen who grew up in China and has strong ties to the Shanxi Province, China, where one of Garrison's projects is located. She is an independent director of the company.
Dr. Yanshao Chen - Director
Dr. Chen has a PhD in Geology from Queen's University in Canada, and was formerly Barrick Resources Chief Geologist in China. He is a Canadian Citizen who grew up in China.
Mr. Tony Bainbridge - Director
Mr. Bainbridge, B.Sc. Hons. Ausimm, AIG, has spent the past 25 years working in the gold and base metals industries throughout the Asia-Pacific region. He has held key positions with Highlands Pacific Ltd. in Papau New Guinea, Indonesia, The Solomon Islands, Fiji, Thailand, China and Mongolia. A "Qualified Person" as defined by Canadian National Instrument 43-101, Tony is based full time in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia leading Garrison's TSR project exploration team.
Amalia DiFalco – Director
Mr. Victor Ruimy – Director
Mr. Ruimy holds a BAA degree from HEC Montreal, and has held positions as controller at Aventis Technologies Corp, and Dasher. He is currently self employed and is an independent director of the company.
