Dutch has worked in all phases of geophysical exploration for the minerals industry since 1963, much of the time with Cominco American. He has run geophysical surveys related to the discovery and development of 6 mines, and 11 large mineral deposits in Canada, the US and Honduras. Dutch as personally conducted over 421 land geophysical surveys covering 2,554 line miles of geophysical surveys, and has been the lead geophysicist on survey design and data interpretation for over 50 airborne magnetic and EM surveys covering over 570,000 square miles.
Dr. VanBlaricom earned PhD (University of Idaho, USA) and MSc (University of Arizona, USA) degrees in Geophysics, and BS in Geology (Portland State College, USA). He is an adjunct professor at the University of Idaho, USA.
