President and CEO
President and CEO: Mr. Krueger has over 20 years of international mining, oil and gas and financial experience. Mr. Krueger graduated with a B.Sc. from the University of Victoria in 1983 and subsequently worked as a professional geophysicist for several multinational oil companies. He then obtained an MBA from the University of Western Ontario in 1989 and has worked on acquiring, structuring and financing several international mining companies. Mr. Krueger is also a Director of Dynamite Resources Ltd, a TSX Venture listed company.

Chief Operating Officer
Tony Bainbridge, who graduated with a B.Sc. Hons. from the University of Queensland, has active memberships in the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Australian Institute of Geoscientists. He has spent the past 25 years working in the gold and base metals industries throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Mr. Bainbridge is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Polo Resources Limited, an AIM LSE listed company that is focused on acquiring and developing interests in projects that are strategically located to serve the increasing global demand for coal, in particular to feed the robust demand of Asia. He has also held key positions with Highlands Pacific Ltd. in Papua New Guinea, and operated a geological consultancy group for various companies in Indonesia, the Solomon Islands, Fiji, Thailand, China and Mongolia. A "Qualified Person", as defined by Canadian National Instrument 43-101, Mr. Bainbridge is based full time in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia and leads Garrison's exploration and development team for its Tovshiir project. Mr. Bainbridge is also a principal of Asia Goldworks Limited and the Asia Intercept Mongolia group of companies, and as such is a control person of Garrison.

Director
Danny Sun has more than 25 years experience in international trade and natural resource investment as well as direct management experience in both private and State-owned companies in China. He is a Director of Polo Resources Ltd., a mining and exploration company listed on the AIM LSE. He is current President of AIM BVI. Mr. Sun was the founder and a Director of the Guangdong United Futures Exchange in China and was a founder of other companies in China.

Director
Greg de Ross is a Director of Tianda Resources Australia Pty Ltd., a mining and exploration company. Prior to that he was General Manager Exploration and Technical with Highlands Pacific Ltd., a company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, based in Papua New Guinea. He is a Chartered Professional (Geology) and a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Director
Michael Hawkins is the CEO and President of East Asia Mineral Corporation which is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Formerly Mr. Hawkins was Country Manager in Mongolia for Anglo Gold.
